Brill Harvest Days 2016 -Weekend Fun!

The Brill Area Community Club has announced the line up of activities for Brill Harvest Days on Friday-Sunday, Sept. 9. 10 and 11.
The schedule of events is as follows.

Friday, Sept. 9: 5:15 p.m., beverage garden opens; 6 p.m., wood bat double elimination softball tournament begins. For details, call Wes at 715-234-2977 or Denny at 715-790-1413; 7-11 p.m., street dance with music by D.J. Duffey.

Saturday, Sept. 10: 7:30 a.m. to noon, all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast in the park, sponsored by Grace Lutheran Church; 8 a.m., softball tournament continues or take in a car and motorcycle show in the park; 10 a.m., volleyball tournament, get details by calling Jen at 715-651-7701.

At 11 a.m., doubles horseshoe tournament, get details by calling Charlie at 715-234-8823. Also at 11 a.m., farm tractor pull, with sign-ups starting at 10 a.m. Classes are antiques 1939 and older, classic 1959 and older and farm stock and older.

At 1 p.m., trike races with bike races to follow. At 1:30 p.m., CCF Bank bean bag tournament sign-ups, with the tournament to start at 2 p.m.

From 7:30-11:30 p.m., street dance with music by 2nd Time Around.
Sunday, Sept. 11: 9 a.m., softball tournament continues; 10 a.m., bake and produce sales; 10:30 a.m., parade line-up begins; 11 a.m., entries for the produce contest; call the Solum family at 715-234-6874 for details. Also at 11 a.m., charcoal chicken dinner.
At noon, the general parade. Call Karen at 715-236-9123 to enter. The produce contest deadline is 1 p.m. with awards for the biggest, longest and most creative veggie person.

Also at 1 p.m., truck pull weigh-ins with multiple classes. At 2 p.m., log sawing contest; get details by calling Sandy at 715-234-1520. At 3 p.m., skillet toss and raffle drawing.
